Acid Tongue and Music Festivals

I am going to see Jenny Lewis next Friday, if I can get some shit done before then. I should be a really cool show. It is in the Fillmore. I have never been there before but I heard it is a really nice venue and is pretty small, which I like.

I am very dissappointed in BFD this year:

Outside lands main bands: Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Beastie Boys, Incubus, Black Eyed Peas, M.I.A, Jason Mraz, Ween, The Mars Volta, Thievery Corporation, Modest Mouse, Band of Horses, TV on the Radio, Dead Weather, Atmosphere, Tom Jones, Silversun Pickups, The National, Q-Tip

Bumbershoot main bands: Sheryl Crow, Modest Mouse, Katy Perry, Michael Franti & Spearhead, De La Soul, Raphael Saadiq, Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan, The Long Winters, Sly & Robbie & the Taxi Gang, World Party, MSTRKRFT, The All-American Rejects, The Ting Tings, Natalie Portman's Shaved Head (they are pretty cool, they opened up for Lily Allen this past tour)

The best line-ups are Lollapolloza, Bonnaroo, Sasquatch, Coachella. All either really far away, expensive, or during school. Why do music festivals hate me? They were so nice last year. (Except Warped Tour, as to why I went, I don't even know. It was a very bad decision.) But BFD and Bumbershoot were good last year, not to mention very cheap.
